18/10 stainless steel sandwich bottom it is
manufactured in 6 capacities.
- The Chef-Inox Ceram sandwich bottom frying pan is made of
18/10 stainless steel (18% chromium and 10% nickel, an alloy
that offers a high level of quality and resistance superior to
conventional steel).
- Offers excellent resistance to corrosion and food acids and salts.
- Steel is a smooth, non-porous and very hygienic material;
maintains the natural flavor of cooked foods.
- The interior of the pan is provided with a ceramic non-stick
coating.
- Unlike conventional Teflon non-stick coatings, the ceramic
coating is ecological since PFOA (perfluoroctanic acid) is not
used in its manufacture; CO2 emissions into the atmosphere
are reduced and it is more respectful of the environment.
- In addition, these ceramic coatings are completely harmless to
health, do not contain heavy metals and are very resistant to
high temperatures, scratches and wear and tear caused by use.
- The Chef-Inox Ceram frying pan has a sandwich thermo-diffuser
bottom (a layer of aluminum between 2 layers of steel) that
allows optimal heat diffusion, promoting energy savings and
