stainless steel sandwich bottom it is manufactured
in 6 capacities.
- The Chef-Inox Plus sandwich bottom frying pan, with
professional features, with a robust handle firmly anchored,
is made of 18/10 stainless steel (18% chromium and 10% nickel,
an alloy that offers a high level of quality and superior resistance
to conventional steel).
- Offers excellent resistance to corrosion and food acids and salts.
- Steel is a smooth, non-porous and very hygienic material;
maintains the natural flavor of cooked foods.
- The interior of the pan is provided with a high-quality non-stick
coating (three-layer) with the addition of titanium and is
environmentally friendly since, unlike what happens with
conventional Teflon non-stick coatings, PFOA (perfluoroctane acid,
substance capable of passing into food and with cumulative effects
on the body); CO2 emissions into the atmosphere are reduced
and it is more respectful of the environment.
- The Chef-Inox Plus frying pan has a sandwich thermo-diffuser
bottom (a layer of aluminum between 2 layers of steel) that allows
optimal heat diffusion, promoting energy savings and uniform
cooking.
