- The sharpener has 3 sharpening zones, which are combined
depending on the needs:
- For very sharp knives, first pass the sharpener through zone 1
and then through zone 3
- For knives with medium dullness, pass the sharpener first
through zone 1 and then through zone 2.
- For serrated knives, only go through zone 3.
- Knives are never passed through zone 1 and 2, since they are
very abrasive.
